SHIPPING POLICY
• We ship our products worldwide using only SF express shipping or Post service.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
• We ship our orders from Monday to Sunday NOT on public holidays.
• Please allow up to 48hrs for us to process your order, before dispatch.
• For any additional charges or delays that may occur due to custom services or import duties we are not liable or able to estimate the exact amount. These additional charges burden only the recipient.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, Spicy Kandy takes no responsibility for anything beyond our control, i.e. courier mistakes or damages that may occur during the delivery.
